"I do not swear to look cool. Or because I think it will help my point. It is nothing more than part of my goddamned vocabulary."
See what I did there? |D (Wrote it down by the way because for some reason GIMP wouldn't work on speed with me here)
Seriously though. This is another stamp that's sort of in response to others. Specifically ones that say such things as, "I don't need to swear to prove my point," "swearing doesn't make you look cool", and "swearing doesn't help your argument." ...WELL GEE WILLIKCERS. I dun know that! Well, first, I rarely swear if I am having a heated discussion, but as you may have noted in my descriptions, I do swear elsewhere's quite, quite often. They are mere uses of punctuation and...habit. I find it silly saying 'those dang people' rather than 'those damn people', and it is really mere habit.
It's another set of words that I have adopted over the years, no different than other words or lingo I have adopted over the years. And when you get down to it, that's what they are: words.
Hell. Bitch. Fuck. Shit. Crap. I know they're used as EEEEEEEVIIIIIIIIIIIL words, but to me, they're just like words like 'faggot'. They're words. They are a string of letters on paper and internet, and a string of sounds made by us in real life. And hell, I don't even use them as insults towards others, so why would I try to be looking cool from them?
I don't see them as words that are any different from any others I use. If someone is uncomfortable with them, I will try my best to tone it down by they are simply habit. They are substitutes for other words, and that's pretty much it.
Why would I even believe I'd look cool with it anyway? Or why would I in my right mind believe that going on an argument with a satchel of f-bombs would help me?
you
uvu I think I can rest now that this is out there
