"Focusing on something on the internet doesn't mean they focus on it 24/7 in real life."
See, this is why it's difficult for me to dictate who's an actual wolfaboo, weeaboo...insert whatever slur for whoever here based on whatever their interests are.
In my book, to be placed underneath those names you have to have this very important thing placed onto you: Focusing on it for nearly every moment of your being awake.
The thing is, many other people have the same rule to themselves but...we just don't know. How the hell can we tell? We don't know what their life beyond the computer is. Maybe they still really do like wolves or ponies or anime or whatever but have it really more downplayed than how they are on the web.
And even people who are on the computer nearly every moment of the day (ie, me) don't pull all of their focus onto whatever they really like during the whole day.
Unless it's Saturdays and Sundays. Because that's pony day and I need to get mein reviewing done and it's the time where one can bathe properly in the hordes of fanart and such piling through. But other than that, most days I roll around other stuff, mostly making money and doing my schoolwork. :I
So, try to think first. There are undoubtedly weeaboos and the like out there who have it wrapped around their heads even off the computer (again, that was me) but...well, from personal experience from meeting people in real life they tone it down so much you'll look stupid from calling them that.
.....
Yeah.
