^{You know, on almost every term I'm completely behind the 'don't like don't look' and 'I can upload what I wish' when it comes to many things; mostly just whatever content someone creates.

I just find it silly that people start wailing about if someone draws something that they're not fond of. It is easy enough to ignore it if you actually try and they are obligated to upload whatever they wish, as long as it goes to the rules.

But that's the thing. The rules.

If you're just colouring in crappy sprites, if you're just putting on Gaia avatars you made on tektek.org, if you're just putting screenshots from games, if you're just putting screenshots of something and that's it - no. That excuse isn't going to work. You can type 'IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT THEN GET OFF OF MY PAGE' until you get carpel tunnel syndrome but you're still going to get flocked by people reminding you of the FAQ...

...and eventually when that's not enough you're just going to get flocked by the people who won't bother telling you anything because you keep ignoring the FAQ and saying it's bullshit (seriously. One dude who's doing this recently was given links to the FAQ and I swear his response read that he thought the person sending the links were just making them up) and will simply mass report you.

I don't think anyone would like that. :U

They make those who use that phrase responsibly look bad.

If you stole some art the dont like don't look does not apply. That rule only applies to non stolen pieces that follow the rules.

I've recently found someone uploading Rule 34 work, though I'm unsure whether they are the actual artist since the uploaded work has the same style throughout and their account shares the same name as the artist's watermark-signature-thing
I don't mean "This stuff should be classed as Rule 34" by that, I mean they are ACTUAL Rule 34 pictures that existed BEFORE they were posted here on DA
...

Also found someone uploading porn of a character from Yugioh Zexal... the character, Rio Kamishiro, is confirmed to be 14-years-old
Needless to say, it got deleted once someone spoke up about it

As previously mentioned, I can sense that a "Don't like it, don't look!" counter-claim would eventually have been used should the art remain up long enough
